This strategic acquisition reinforces NorDan’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the UK entrance door market.
Fire doors too
Founded in 2003, Performance Doorset Solutions (PDS) is also very strong in the supply and delivery of fully certified, fire doorsets, including FD30, FD60.
It has Secure by Design accreditation for its entrance doors.
The current directors of PDS will retain a significant shareholding and continue to be represented at board level, ensuring continuity of leadership.
