This programme helps members recruit and train the next generation of talent, which is crucial for futureproofing businesses in the industry. It takes between 18-24 months to complete and offers a mix of in-person and remote learning. GGF funds the training for each trainee up to a value of £4,000.

Good Practice Guides offer installation standards and requirements for windows, doors & conservatories. Guidance for Trade & Consumers explains essential topics such as condensation, roller wave, anti-roscopy and visual inspection.
